ABOUT THE POOL

Crestwood Swim Club (CSC) is a private pool that offers a wonderful atmosphere for families and individuals to enjoy cool water during our hot St. Louis summer days! Once you join, you will quickly realize how much you love CSC and all it has to offer:

*Extended pool hours on Friday and Saturday evenings allow for families and friends to develop lifelong memories while watching your children showcase their skills on the diving board, slide down the frog slide, or play in the zero-entry section of the main pool.

*Fenced area with a fish-shaped baby pool for those young swimmers getting acquainted with the water.

*Over-sized mushroom umbrellas are wonderful for those seeking shade while sipping or eating treats from our snack bar.

*CSC allows for outside food and drinks which makes packing for lunch or grilling for dinner economical.

*Competitive swim team that increases stroke skills and cultivates friendships and comradery that is hard to beat. Some of us are still close as adults with those that we met during our swim team years.


MEMBERSHIP NOTES

REGISTRATION:
*All registration and payment is done through this website.
*New to Crestwood? Please create a username and password.
*Returning Member? Please login above with the same username and password as previous years.
*New members will receive membership cards after membership fees have been paid. Please be prepared to show identification on your first visit to receive your membership cards. These cards will be scanned at the front desk and will be necessary for entrance.
*Returning members, please continue to utilize previously issued membership cards. You can request new ones by submitting an email to crestwoodscboard@gmail.com.
*Please make sure to keep your email address up to date as all communications will be sent to this address throughout the year.

FAMILY STATUS:
*A Family Membership is defined as no more than two adults and their non-married children under the age of 25 residing at the same address.

NANNY PASS:
*Available to all Family memberships for the purpose of allowing minor children to be accompanied by a designated caregiver.
*Nanny pass cannot be utilized for entrance without another member of the family membership present.
*Nanny utilizing pass must be age 16 or older.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
*The website has been updated to allow for online booking of private events. Once you are logged into your account, you will see the option to book an event at the top right of your profile page. Be sure to check out our calendar for pool hosted events as well.

SWIM TEAM & PRIVATE LESSONS:
*Swim team and swim lessons are only available to members of CSC. Any families interested in joining the swim team or signing up for lessons must complete registration and pay the required pool membership fees.

*During swim team season, the pool will open 11:30am Monday - Friday
**The last three weeks of the season, the pool will be closed Monday - Thursday and will open at 4:00pm on Fridays. The pool will be open Saturdays 10:00am - 9:00pm and Sundays 10:00am - 8:00pm. The pool will be open Labor Day from 11:00am - 8:00pm.

Swim Team

Swim Team: 2024
Lynze Pettit will be returning as head coach of the Crestwood Swim Club Swim Team. All registration will be completed through the SwimTopia Website at the following location: Sign Me Up!

Registration will be open for returning swim team families on May 1st at 5:00 pm. New families can register on May 3rd at 5:00 pm. Please keep in mind you must be a member of the pool in order to register your kids for swim team! Swim team is typically capped at 150 swimmers and we accept on a first come, first serve basis. So please get registered for the pool as soon as possible!

BEGINNER
-Must be able to swim 25 meters without stopping
-Must be able to swim free and back

INTERMEDIATE
-Must be able to swim 50 meters without stopping
-Must be able to swim free with side breathing
-Must be able to swim back
-Must know the basics about butterfly and breaststroke

ADVANCED
-Must be able to swim 100 meters without stopping
-Must be able to swim all 4 strokes legally

PRACTICE TIMES
8:00-9:00 am: Intermediate
9:00-10:00 am: Advanced
10:00-10:45 am: Beginner

SWIM TEAM FEES
First swimmer - $175.00
Second swimmer - $160.00
Third swimmer - $145.00
Fourth+ swimmer - $130.00
Anyone 15-18 years of age - Free!

Swim Lessons: Lynze Pettit and her team will again be offering swim lessons for those swimmers not yet ready for swim team. Please keep in mind you must be a member of the pool in order to register your kids for swim lessons! Availability is limited and we accept on a first come, first serve basis. So please get registered for the pool as soon as possible!

Parties / Guest-Fees / News



Private Events:




The following is an overview of the basic rules surrounding private events at CSC. We ask that you please follow these rules when scheduling parties. The safety of all members is compromised if impromptu parties occur without proper staffing:

(1) Reservations must be made two weeks in advance. Pool Party Requests can be made via the Crestwood Swim Club website. You will need to log in to your account to see the Event request tab.
(2) Parties on Mondays - Thursdays will be required to pay $50.00 for 3 hours of time during regular pool hours. This includes the set-up/clean-up fee. If more than 3 hours are desired, you may reserve more time for an additional $50.00 per 3 hour block.
(3) Parties on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be required to pay $75.00 for 3 hours of time during regular pool hours. This includes the set-up/clean-up fee. If more than 3 hours are desired, you may reserve more time for an additional $75.00 per 3 hour block.
(4) There is a guest fee of $5.00 for each non-member guest attending the party (whether the guest is swimming or not). Please identify the estimated number of non-member guests when booking your party.
(5) For parties between 25-50 guests, an additional lifeguard is required. The additional lifeguard will cost $45.00 per hour ($135 total). This fee is payable to MPM. CSC will not accept party reservations greater than 50 guests.
(6) CSC will not accept party reservations on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Father's Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. In addition, due to staffing, we will not accept party reservations after August 10th. The pool deck and surrounding ground will be first come first serve on those specific holidays.
(7) There will be no private parties outside regular pool hours.




Guest Fees:




Guest passes are available to purchase in two ways through your online profile:
(1) as a group of 12 passes for $50 or
(2) individually for $5

*Guest passes are required for all guests over age 3 whether or not the guest is swimming.
*Guests may not enter the pool without a member present.
*Guest passes are digitally stored under your member profile online and do not expire.
